Registration

Please read the instructions prior to clicking on the Blue Mountain Portal.  Twin Valley Middle School will use the link below along with the password in order to get the discounted group rates associated with TVMS.  Once you read all the directions and click the join button at the bottom of this page, use the Password: Group Password:   Wkt99Y94TPKN  

Once you click on the portal, you will be transferred to Blue Mountain's online registration.  Give the portal a few seconds to load! It needs to redirect you to the Blue Mountain Portal.

The first page should be a welcome page.  You will have the option of creating an account as a new customer or signing in as an existing customer.

If you already have an account, please log in as a returning guest.

If you do not already have an account on Blue Mountain's Online Store, you will need to create one.  You must create the account AS SOMEONE 18+ AND THEN ADD your child to the account.  Creating the account as a child will create issues with the waiver AND Blue Mountain will not allow you to create an account as someone younger than 18.

If you need help, use the chat feature, but BE SURE TO TELL THEM WHAT GROUP YOU ARE WITH.  TVMS!

Once you register and/or login, select  View Group Products .  This will take you to the homepage for TVMS group.

Scroll Down*** You will see the products available to you.  Click "Add to Cart" on the first product yo would like to add.

You want to get the student season pass.  To add a name, select the name from the drop down or add them by clicking "Add New Party Member."  If you add a new party member, it will ask for a Passcode.  Passcodes refer to if you have a card from the mountain.  If not, click on "I don't have a pass" to enter the person's name, date of birth, email, and relationship.

Choose your school from the "Group Name" drop down.  Twin Valley Middle School.  If you do not see this drop-down, you are NOT in the group portal.  Close the window and reopen using the link and password provided at the bottom of this page.

You can add to the pass with the other products that you may need such as rental packages and /or lessons and Carver Cash (food gift cards)

If you add a lesson(s), the group leader will designate the dates and times for the school's visit.

Once you add all the items to the cart, you can review your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Review the product(s) you have selected-if correct-Agree to Terms of Purchase by clicking the box.

Click "Checkout" to proceed.

Add your billing information, then click Next.

Read and Sign "Blue Mountain Parental Release Liability", follow directions, click "I agree" and click "confirm" to continue.  Woohoo! Your purchase has been made within our group portal for your school.

You are not finished!  Through your account, please upload a new and clear headshot of the student, so it can be attached to your season pass.  To upload a photo on your account, please click My Account at the top of the online store.  Under Customer Info, you can submit a photo.  For you child or dependent, click on Associates and the option to add a photo will be available if the relationship is submitted as "Child or Dependent".  You can also submit your season pass photo by emailing groupsales@skibluemt.com

 The pricing on Blue Mountain's page DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION OR FOOD as it is provided by Twin Valley.  

Once you register on the Blue Mountain Portal, send a  copy of the CONFIRMATION EMAIL, copy of TVMS SCHOOL TRIP FORM, a check for $185 made payable to Twin Valley School District, AND $12 cash for bus driver gratuity (coach bus).  Once this is received, the student will be placed on the ski club roster.  It is first come, first serve with everything listed.

All Sales are Final.  This is a Blue Mountain Policy, and Twin Valley WILL NOT REIMBURSE FEES PAID TO BLUE MOUNTAIN.
