Permission Forms

Dear Preschool and Kindergarten Families,

          Our trip to Simonton’s Orchard is scheduled for Friday, September 4.  We plan to begin loading vehicles about 8:40 a.m. in order to arrive at 9:00.    We should be back by 11:15.  Please sign and return the form below with payment by August 31.  The cost for this trip is $7.00.  This cost will cover a small bag of apples and a small snack.  Adults who attend may buy additional apples if desired.  Each child will need a car seat or booster seat. We have a few booster seats at school that may be used by children who ride the bus to school.
