Fundations 

Starting at the end of the month, we will begin to learn Fundations. Fundations is a literacy program that we will use to teach your child each letter of the alphabet, uppercase and lowercase and the letter sound to go with it. We will also learn to write the letters later in the year. In the  first part of the year, we will learn each letter and letter sound. Each letter has a letter story. For example: A, apple /a/. Our sharing schedule will go along with what letters we are learning. We will learn 1 to 2 letters a week.
