District #2358 Tri-County School Local Literacy PLAN
Tri-County adopted a local literacy plan to have every child reading at or above grade level no later than the end of grade 3. Tri-County must identify children before the end of kindergarten, grade 1, and grade 2, who are not reading at grade level. Tri-County has adopted the following literacy plan in order to meet the requirements of Minnesota Statute and to best meet the needs of our students.
