New Patient Information

2026 July 01 --- We will resume scheduling new patient intake appointments once our new providers are established at our clinic.

We have accumulated a wait list over the past several months, and we'll be scheduling new patients in turn. If you have a medical issue which you feel needs to be addressed, please contact our office for assistance.

For new patients with Apple Health (WA State Medicaid), we are referring new patients to SeattleRoots.org and UW NeighborCare, as we are not accepting new patients on Apple Health at this time.

In the mean time, we welcome you to take a few minutes to add yourself to our New Patient Waiting List to get the ball rolling. Have your insurance info handy.
