Individual Student Incentives

  • "PAW"sitive Office Referral

    • Students who go above and beyond to show their BARK can be nominated for a PAWsitive office referral.

    • These students will be entered in a drawing to receive a privilege. Ex: Wear a sports jersey for a day

  • Quarterly BARK Incentive

    • Grade level teachers are in charge of the quarterly reward. The Tier 1 team member for every grade level will be the leader of this reward and will communicate with their grade level for the planning of this reward.

    • The quarterly reward takes place in the grade level classroom or outside if appropriate.

    • Students that receive zero Office Discipline Referrals (if/then- if students receive only one ODR then they can also qualify for this by having 3 completed individual PAW charts (90 PAWS)

  • Bowling Incentive Trip

      • Students who have zero Office Discipline Referrals (ODR) for the entire year, will be eligible to go on this trip which takes place in May. Only students who have zero Office Referrals and Buddy Rooms will be eligible for this reward.

  • Zero Safe Seat Reward

    • Students with ZERO safe seats, buddy room visits or office referrals will qualify for this incentive.

    • Students will be picked up in style with their parents permission. Parents and teachers will be invited to celebrate their students accomplishment with them and enjoy a "Night with the Stars."


Individual PAW Incentives

  • Individual Paw Incentive

    • Paws are given to students who are following the BARK expectations, these can be given to students by any staff member.

    • Each student will collect PAWs and then mark them on their individual PAW charts.

    • Students will be awarded when their chart reaches 30 PAWs.

Whole Class Incentives

  • Paw Incentive

    • Paws are given to classrooms who are following the BARK expectations.

    • Each teacher will have a PAW chart on their wall. The classrooms are working towards a goal of 30 PAWs.

    • Teachers with their students will create a menu of choices or goals they are working to achieve when the class reaches 30 PAWs.
