Showings scheduled seven days a week and after hours
Screen prospective tenants

Bi-annual inside inspection during rental occupancy (on request)

Walk-through Inspection of premises to check for necessary repairs
Obtain estimates from independent contractors
Schedule and monitor repairs (landlord retains and pays contractors directly)
Facilitate tenant communications
Refer an attorney to serve proper legal forms, process necessary paperwork and provide representation in case of eviction.
Notes: there is no charge for our services until we procure a tenant. We do not collect rent after move-in or pay vendors directly. We will instruct tenants on your preferred method of payment and arrange direct billing to you for repairs and other professional services.
