Candle Sale - Chelsea Village Candles

  • Learners will earn 50% of the proceeds towards their trip.
  • The sale dates wil be Oct 1st -17th
  • Delivery - November 3rd.

Cost is around $529 for learners, $647 for adults (this reflects higher admission prices for adults and double occupancy rooms)

We highly recommend collecting Box Tops to help pay for your trip.

•All meals except breakfast and lunch en route on Wednesday are included.

•We recommend that learners pay for a portion of their own trip. This personal investment tends to result in a more meaningful experience for the learners.

•Charter busses with restrooms and DVD players (there is usually wi-fi but it's not good quality). Don't count on power outlets :(

•Depart Wednesday am, tour Gettysburg Wednesday afternoon, drive to Washington, D.C. and check into the hotel. Tour all day Thursday and Friday, (spend a total of two nights in Washington, D.C.). Drive home overnight and return around 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.

•We would like to have a 3 to 1 learner to adult ratio. This would ensure adequate supervision during the tours.

•Security guards will monitor all learner hallways during overnights at the hotel.

•Learners who are suspended more than two times during the school year will be removed from the trip without refund.

•If your child has special medical needs, we strongly suggest you attend the trip as well – please talk with us about pricing.
