Our meeting location is Tennessee Army National Guard/Armed Forces Reserve Center building at 686 Fitzhugh Blvd., Smyrna, TN 37167. It is located on the Volunteer Training Site. There is 100% ID check to enter the gate. Please note the 2nd Thursday meeting is held at the Parade Field on 8th Ave. If it is raining, extreme heat or cold, the meeting will be held at the 686 Fitzhugh Blvd location.

This Civil Air Patrol squadron has a proud heritage in the State of Tennessee.  Chartered on 01 June, 1970, this Composite Squadron has been awarded Squadron of Merit for 2009, 2014, and 2015, and the Quality Cadet Unit Award for 2016.  We are a Composite Squadron fulfilling all three missions of Civil Air Patrol:  Emergency Services, Cadet Programs and Aerospace Education. 

Civil Air patrol is the Official, Chartered by Congress, All Volunteer Auxiliary of the Air Force with almost 60,000 Cadet and Adult members Nationwide.

CAP Cadet Oath

I pledge that I will serve faithfully in the Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program, attend meetings regularly, participate actively in unit activities, obey my officers, wear my uniform properly, and advance my education and training rapidly to prepare myself to be of service to my community, state and nation.

WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA

Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 1,400 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad.

Please join us this year by donating a wreath, and also attending the wreath laying ceremony at Stones River National Cemetery, Murfreesboro, TN on 16 December 2023 at 11:00 AM.
