Company Principals
Mr. Daniel Knoble, President & Managing Partner
Dan Knoble specializes in enabling technologies including applications, networks and office productivity systems. Dan also brings extensive experience in the development and implementation of complex application systems.
Dan has over 30 years of management and consulting experience serving educational institutions including such institution as Widener University, Ohio Wesleyan University, Tiffin University, Montgomery County Community College and Cuyahoga Community College District. Dan also served as an implementation manager for a leading higher education software vendor in a variety of higher education environments prior to joining TMDPartners.
Mr. Terry Dillow, Senior Partner & Founder
Terry Dillow has over 30 years of higher education and not-for-profit technology management and consulting experience. Prior to founding TMDPartners, Terry was General Manager of Higher Education Technology Services for SCT, a systems integration and outsourcing firm, and had senior management responsibility for program planning, technology acquisition and implementation, and computer center management for over 40 higher education and not-for-profit clients.
Terry's background includes a variety of management and technology consulting projects at nationally recognized educational and not-for-profit institutions including Temple University, Harvard Business School, Wharton School, University of Richmond, Allegheny College, The Asia Society, Phillips Academy, University of Southern California, and Columbia University.
Senior Consultant Staff
Mr. Kevin Paskvan, Senior Consultant
Kevin Paskvan has over 12 years of experience working in Higher Education as an Information Technologies and Financial Aid professional. He began his career at Owens Community College as a computer specialist working in the Financial Aid Office. There he assisted in streamlining system process, performed end user systems training, report creation, and assisted in the implementation of Sungards Banner Financial Aid module. After Owens, Kevin worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Columbus College of Art and Design. There he supported the Financial Aid, Business, Records, and Admissions offices. He also assisted in the implementation of Sungards PowerCAMPUS system and PowerFAIDS integration applications. He is currently employed at a private Liberal Arts College as Associate Director of Financial Aid and works for TMDPartners on a part-time basis.
Ms. Christine Denno, Senior Consultant
Christine Denno has been implementing administrative technologies since 1998. Before joining TMDPartners, Ms. Denno was a Principle Consultant at Sungard Higher Education. Prior to 1998 she worked as a software educator and supervisor in the banking industry. During the last decade Ms. Denno has assisted clients in needs assessment, process reengineering and system setup for successful implementation of administrative software systems. Christine is able to address all aspects of the implementation process from installation and data conversion to technical support and end user training. Ms. Denno is well versed in all aspects of Higher Education although her concentration is in the finance and billing system arenas.

Mr. Todd Hopson, Consultant
Todd Hobson possesses over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, seventeen of which has been within Higher Education His roles have included application development (mainframe, client server, and web applications), architecture, infrastructure management and business intelligence systems and services. Todd is expert in the deployment and use of a variety of business intelligence tools including SAP/Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and open source reporting tools such as BIRT. This includes expertise with Database Management Systems including MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. He is well versed in both Windows and Linux based operating systems, as well as Java and .Net development platforms.
Mr. Steven Perkins, Consultant
Steve Perkins experience spans four decades in information systems and the application of various technologies to support business systems. He has managed and supported database systems for government, education and military agencies. Wrapping technology around business process and posturing systems to provide decision makers with useful data are his primary competencies. At Acxiom Corporation in Little Rock he worked with teams to migrate legacy systems, he later performed various DBA roles for Housing and Urban Development, municipal organizations, and universities. He currently is involved with Konica Minolta Business Solutions and hospital/medical office imaging system management.
