Summer Training Calendars
Level 1 (Run/walk 3x per week): those new (and fairly new) to high school XC distance running
Level 2 (Run 3x per week): Grace, Maddie P, Mary, Kit, Peter, Jesse, Meredith, Ollie, Aiden
Level 3 (Run 4x per week): Paul K, Paul H
Level 4 (Run 5-6x per week): Wendell, Elijah
Levels are based on volume run this past spring and what is healthy for individuals.
The amount of minutes noted for Saturday practices shows what you should do if you cannot make it to practice.
