Level 1 (Run/walk 3x per week): those new (and fairly new) to high school XC distance running--
Riley, Phoebe, Mercedes, Brennan
Level 2 (Run 3x per week): Lola, Annelies, Ember, Lacey J, Brooke, Mary,
Kit, Zac Adams, Calvin, Thomas, Matthew A, Aidan G, John R, Miles, Rowan L, Alex P
Level 3 (Run 4x per week): Paul H, Paul K, Maddie, Meredith, Jesse, Kai, Zac Amber, Micah
Level 4 (Run 5-6x per week): Ollie, Peter
Levels are based on volume run this past spring and what is healthy for individuals.
The amount of minutes noted for Saturday practices shows what you should do if you cannot make it to practice.
Saturdays @ varied locations 9:00-10:15 (or as late as 11:00)
