You can add on extra features to your processing line to be able to cater for more of the process. Leaf removal and fruit washing is able to be done through a DLE machine. There are various models for the job. For the compact machinery you would typically opt for BABY DLE or a DLE MINI. The optional machinery are not mandatory to the line.

SINTESI equipment line is designed for production of olive oil with high phenolics. Aimed at small to medium-sized farming operations. The working process of this machine can be run in continuous or discontinuous mode.
The crusher is separated and provided with an inverter for variable crushing speed. The allowance of oxygen at the crusher intake is an important factor in the lipoxygenase process, thus the formation of flavours & characters of the olive oil are important at this stage of processing. The temperature between the paste entering compared to exiting needs to uphold quality parameters for a high quality product expressed in higher phenolics achieved through this line.
Malaxation is made inside closed, vertical malaxers and are designed to obtain a light vacuum; temperature control is throughout. Paste infeed is transferred by a pump operated by an electric valve and the outlet by a PSS elliptical pump put on each single malaxer. Cleaning is facilitated through the opening of the higher lid, so that there are no hidden areas for possible wastes to accumulate. Automatic washing is optionally available.
The horizontal decanter performing the liquid/solid separation is designed in such a way as to obtain the maximum yield with the highest quality; the 2.0 auger is designed to get a cleanest possible product without adding any water; there is no temperature increase during extraction. In conclusion, the makers of the Oliomio state that the SINTESI equipment allows extraction of a good quality product, of course with all the support that can be granted by the manufacturer during all phases of production: that makes the difference.

FORMA equipment is designed to carry out standard batch productions in continuous or discontinuous mode. On the 2GL version the crusher is mounted on the malaxer with separate discharge into the vats 1 or 2; on the 3GL and 4GL versions the crusher is separated.
The malaxation is made inside closed malaxers in order to avoid paste oxidation and to ensure an effective temperature control. The paste inlet is operated on the 2GL version through an auger and on the 3GL and 4GL models by means of a pump operated by an electric valve and the outlet is made through a PSS elliptical pump put on each single malaxer. Cleaning is facilitated through the total opening of the malaxing tank cover.
The FORMA equipment allows extraction of a great product, of course with all the support and tried and tested with the manufacturer for all phases of production.

TECNOTEM equipment is designed to carry out third party (toll processing) or company customised continuous or discontinuous processes.
The malaxing group is comprised of two to six malaxers. Each malaxer is equipped with an electric valve for the inlet of paste as well as a PSS elliptical paste feed pump for transfer to the decanter.
Temperature control is a standard feature either with a resistance or with a circulatory group with thermostatic valves. Each malaxer is closed and a kit for automatic washing and temperature management system with printer including crushing temperature of the paste are available as optional.

CULTIVAR equipment is designed to process singular batches and farm productions with a low oxidation impact.
Crusher Screen Scraper is an innovation fitted to the crusher screen to aid facilitated movement of olive paste into the malaxing bowl for a more efficient process.
Heating Jackets: Great for cold climates! Fitted to the malaxing tanks, this features allows you to control paste temperature. While low temperatures are ideal for maintaining oil quality, the olive enzymes require a certain amount of heat to do their job - helping release oil from the cells.
Group Malaxing: Ideal for contract olive oil processors as each tank is designed to to work independently, so you can prepare different olive varieties or batches at the same time. Allowing you to deal with the unique requirements of each variety or batch in the most efficient way possible. Standard model available with 2 tanks.
The Electrical panel is fitted with thermal protection and is able to be operated as a continuous or batch style processing as standard.
Each mixer is fitted with a PSS1 pump.
Many options are able to be fitted to this machine arrangement to allow for the maximum processing output and control!
Vary the paste fineness with an optional inverter (not fitted to standard machine). Paste fineness can influence the character of your olive oil.
