ALL Forms for Clearance to Tryout are to be submitted and signed digitally in your DragonFly account.
WITHOUT A DRAGONFLY ACCOUNT, STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRYOUT OR PARTICIPATE IN SPORT WORKOUTS.
