Michael L. Phillips 69, of Bedford, died Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at UPMC Altoona Hospital. He was born on September 4, 1953 in Bedford, a son of the late Francis J. and Doris Jean (Harclerode) Phillips Jr. On June 30, 1978 in Bedford he married Peggy (Reynolds) Phillips who preceded him in death on April 14, 2013.
