Meeting Agendas

Prior to the Annual and Semiannual Meetings, agendas must be submited through the line form no later than 8 days prior to the meeting date. 

Due dates for the 2025-2026 Term:

Annual Meeting: Jan. 31 Semiannual/Summit: Sept. 19

Annual Meeting: Jan. 30 Semiannual: July 17

Meeting Minutes

Meeting Minutes should be submitted after every committee (either in-person or virtual). Minutes for the Annual and Semiannual Committee Meetings (held in-person) should be submitted by 7pm on Saturday during meeting weekends.
