Business Ads and PDAs
Buy a 2023-2024 Ad and Support CWA!
Hello CWA Parents and Guardians,
Please consider purchasing a Business Ad or PDA (Parental Display of Affection) in this year's edition of the 2023-24 CWA Crossings Yearbook.
1. Go to https://www.balfour.com/washington/tacoma/charles-wright-academy
2. Create a user account and select Yearbook Products and Ads. Create your template, upload photos, add text and formatting.
3. Save and complete your ad in multiple sessions with your account login.
4. When complete, your ad will be delivered to the yearbook staff.
Deadlines and Prices are as follows:
Deadline: March 2024
Quarter page - $100
Half page - $175
Full page - $325
Our online store AdBuilder is now open so you can purchase and create your own PDA or Business Ad. To use Ad Builder, go to balfour.com, click the link that says “Please log in to build an ad”, create an account, pick out a template, and start creating your ad! Remember to save your ad so that you can go back and work on it later.
If you would like to purchase a PDA or Business Ad, please get it to us as soon as possible.

Like last year, Ad Builder will be an option for designing an ad. This site is the easiest way to complete an ad. It has predesigned templates that you can choose from for each size (quarter, half, full), and you simply drag photos into the template. You can choose the font, font size, font color, background color, etc. With Ad Builder, you order your designed ad with a credit card and it will send directly to us.

In order to use Ad Builder, you must create an account.
1) Click the desired page size
2) Click the link that says “Please log in to build an ad”
3) Under “New Customer” click Create an Account
4) Once you complete the login, you can pick a template and start building!
5) Always make sure to press the "save ad" button on the top of your screen before you log out. As long as you save it, you can log back in and work on the ad.
However, Ad Builder is not the only option for designing an ad. If you would like to design an ad on your own using another system, you can simply email us a PDF. This is common for business ads as well. Or, you can send the yearbook staff the photos (if you have print photos, we will scan them for you!), a saying, and a sketch of the ad, and we will design it for you. If you decide to send us a PDF or have us design it, you must send a check or cash along with a signed form. The forms are attached at the end of the email.
