What is FACS? 

Family & Consumer Sciences (FACS) is a hands-on course designed to help students develop practical skills they can use in school, at home, and throughout their lives. Students will explore topics including food preparation and nutrition, sewing and textiles, personal finance, goal setting, careers, consumer skills, and decision-making. Through engaging projects, activities, and real-world experiences, students will build independence, problem-solving skills, financial literacy, and confidence while preparing for success in the future.
