Welcome to Resource Room!

Resource room is available to students that have an IEP. The purpose of resource room is to provide supportive services to students in all areas of learning. Our goal is to keep your child organized and on task with assignments. In most cases, I am able to provide one-to-one assistance with assignments.

Our resource room is located in the 200 wing and provides many resources to your children. We currently have new computers in this class with the latest technology to help the students access pertinent materials. We have books in every subject area available to students. If something is not available, they may go to the library as an extra resource.

It is expected that when your child comes to resource room, he/she is ready to work. If your child does not have any current assignments, we will provide work for them that will enable them to grow toward achieving the goals set forth on the IEP. All goals of the IEP take precedence and we use their current work as an avenue toward goal completion.

It is very important that your child has an agenda. Please check this agenda every night and make sure your son/daughter is doing his/her work.
