The rotation dates are listed as guidelines. The actual start date is decided by the SU FW Coordinator and the facility coordinator and the student.

Class of 2021:

Level I Rotation 1 - Part Time (L1R1) September 8 - November 28, 2020 (48 hours)

Level I Rotation 2 - Part Time (L1R2) February 1 - April 24, 2021 (48 hours)

Level II Rotation 1 - Full Time (L2R1) May 17 – August 7, 2021 (12 weeks)

Level II Rotation 2 - Full Time (L2R2) August 23 - November 13, 2021 (12 weeks)

Class of 2022:

Level I Rotation 1 - Part Time (L1R1) September 7 - November 27, 2021 (48 hours)

Level I Rotation 2 - Part Time (L1R2) February 7 - April 23, 2022 (48 hours)

Level II Rotation 1 - Full Time (L2R1) May 16 – August 6, 2022 (12 weeks)

Level II Rotation 2 - Full Time (L2R2) August 22 - November 22 , 2022 (12 weeks)

Class of 2023:

Level I Rotation 1 - Part Time (L1R1) September 6 - November 26, 2022 (48 hours)

Level I Rotation 2 - Part Time (L1R2) February 6 - April 22, 2023 (48 hours)

Level II Rotation 1 - Full Time (L2R1) May 15 – August 5, 2023 (12 weeks)

Level II Rotation 2 - Full Time (L2R2) August 21 - November 11 , 2023 (12 weeks)
