Meet the Teacher

Hello! My name is Cristina Zacchia.

I live in Barkeyville. 

This is my tenth year teaching in the Franklin Area School District and my fifth year teaching Kindergarten.

I previously taught 4th grade at Sandycreek Elementary, 5th grade at Victory Elementary, 5th/6th grade Learning Support at Sandycreek, and 2nd grade at Victory Elementary.

I graduated from Freeport Area School District and attended La Roche College.

I have an Elementary Education degree as well as Special Education certification.

I am also certified in Mid-Level Mathematics.

I have a passion for teaching and truly enjoy working with my students.

When I am not in a classroom, I enjoy many different things.

My hobbies include archery and crafting.

I love spending my free time with my family and friends.
