Physicals will be held Nov 13th please call the athletic office to schedule an appointment.

All winter athletes will need to complete the winter registration process.

One Parent or guardian will need to log in if they have an account if not you will need to make an arbiter account

Please do not make multiple accounts for your student. Once you make an account just log in for future registrations.

 Section 6 must be filled out by a medical provider and uploaded to your online registration.  Please call the athletic if help is needed

PIAA Section 5 & 6 

PIAA Section 8 Recertification by Licensed Physician of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine (must be completed by a DO or MD following an injury)
