The 6 First Grade Expectations are the same as the 6 Expectations endorsed by our Kindergarten teachers!
These expectations fall under: being safe, being respectful, and being responsible:
1.Do as told when told.
2. Be polite and attentive.
3. Talk at appropriate times.
4. Finish class work and homework (when given) on time.
5. Be where you should be.
6. Keep your hands, feet and all objects to yourself.
A "rule" is defined as a "law." Learning to follow rules in the classroom is an essential skill that transfers over to following the "laws" in our communities. We are children of GOOD character!
