otousan = father, okaasan = mother ojisan = uncle, obasan = aunty ojiisan = grand father, obaasan = grand mother

otouto = younger brother, oniisan = elder brother imouto = younger sister, oneesan = elder sister.

Note: Don't normally add san after otouto and imouto.
