Hello Student-Athletes

Below is information regarding the upcoming athletic season(s).  If you are interested in trying out for a team, please click on the form below.  In the form, you will find mandatory videos and paperwork that must be filled out.  You are free to complete the mandatory videos or paperwork via the digital athletic packet.     Interscholastic Athletic Program Manual

After you have filled out the interest form, I suggest you do the following:

1. Get a sports physical on record with the nurse at least 1 day prior to participating in the sport of your interest.

2. Complete the Medical Supplement form and return to the AD, drop off in the front office AD box.

3. Once selected to the team you must meet initial academic eligibility of GPA 2.0 and no more than 2 F’s. 

4. The athlete must participate in at least 10 days of practice before their first competition.

5. Complete the DoDEA-Europe Drug & Alcohol Policy, drop off in the front office AD box.

6. Your sponsor/parent must complete the DoDEA-Europe Parent Code of Conduct Contract, drop off in the front office AD box.
