Let's Recycle!

We Love to Recycle . . .

We are always looking for materials to recycle and use in art.

Do you have any of the following items in your home

which you can recycle or donate to the Johnson House art program?

Recycled materials can be dropped off outside the art room . . .

look for the colorful recycling bin outside the art room.  

I always say, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure”!

• • Egg cartons (preferably cardboard and Styrofoam) . . . . #1 most needed item!!!

  • plastic take-out containers and lids

  • Styrofoam trays (no meat trays)

  • Old Calendars

  • Fabric, wrapping paper, wall paper scraps

  • Smocks (old over sized shirts)

  • Coffee cans

  • Paper towel, toilet paper rolls

  • Paper plates

  • Craft materials (pipe cleaners, pompoms, ribbons, etc.)
