Past Club Activities
2022-2023 our club completed many fun science activities and projects including: magic milk investigation, grow different types of crystals for comparison under the microscope, study how experts design ski equipment, did some fun egg-sploration experiments, Fluor Engineering Challenge design a Ping Pong Pick Up Machine, and extract DNA from different plants.
2021-2022 our club covered various fields of science through candies testing lab, prosthetics for pets study, checking macromolecules (i.e. carbs, lipids and proteins) in our snacks, snowflake chemistry investigations, "how salty is sea water" tests, secret messages in ancient science, and mystery seeds study.
2020-2021 our club virtually traveled around the world learning different cultures and the history of science/ technology development in various continents. We also maximized students' learning through interviews with science experts on Google Meet in interesting topics such as video game design, teaching in a medical school, and how animals (e.g. chickens) are symbolized and/or used in certain cultures/ countries.
