Zeffy is our preferred way to donate, but if for some reason you prefer Zelle that's also a great option as there are no processing fees, so 100% of your gift reaches our students. The first time takes a few extra taps, and this page walks you through it.

Starting from the Donate with Zelle button
The Zelle button on our Donate page opens Zelle's website. Tap Start Search, type your bank's name, and tap Continue to your bank. Zelle then hands you off to your own bank's app or website, where you finish the payment. Below are two complete examples: Chase and Wells Fargo. Other banks look very similar.
Step 0. This is the landing page you'll see after scanning the Zelle donation QR code or tapping the "Donate Now" button. Select "Start Search" at the bottom.

Step 1. Search for Chase and select it.
Step 2. Tap "Continue to your bank". Zelle opens the Chase app.
Step 3. The first time, Chase asks why you are sending money. These questions are standard fraud protection. Choose the option that fits best and tap Next.
Step 4. Enter your amount and an optional message, such as PTA family donation plus your student's name, then send.
Example 2: Wells Fargo

Step 1. Search for Wells Fargo and select it.
Step 2. Tap Continue to your bank. Zelle opens the Wells Fargo app.
Step 3. Wells Fargo first asks you to double-check the recipient and shows a standard scam warning. This appears for any first-time recipient. Check the box, and tap Continue.
Step 4. Enter your amount and send. Note: Wells Fargo may cap a single transfer at $500. You are welcome to send more than one transfer.
Important note:
Scam warnings are normal. Banks show them whenever you send to a new Zelle recipient. Just verify the name STOCKLMEIR ELEMENTARY PTA and the email treasurer@stocklmeirpta.org before you confirm.
Zelle transfers arrive right away, and there are no fees for you or the PTA.
If your bank does not offer Zelle or you hit a sending limit, you can always donate with PayPal from our Donate page, or continue with additional donations on separate days.
