Hotel and Restaurants

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Hotel at the Portland Airport. We have a group rate , which includes a complimentary breakfast, Happy Hour, complimentary wifi, and complimentary parking.

Reservations can be made until Wednesday, January 24, 2018 or when the block of rooms run out, whichever comes first. Once the rooms are released, the rate will be whatever is available at that time (ie. group rate is gone). Contact Kari Perna if you have any questions (707-287-7994) or kperna@stjohnsnapa.org

You can call the hotel directly (503-335-6851) or use the following link, but please remember to specifically identify that you are part of the St. John's Lutheran School group. There are families from other Lutheran schools staying at this hotel. This is a link to our personalized Hotel Booking site for LEST

All reservations are due by 5PM ON 1/24/18, however once the rooms are gone, they are gone - so don't wait too long.

Parking and breakfast is complimentary for our group.

Our hotel has a restaurant in it and a complimentary breakfast is available each morning for St. John's guests. You may want to venture out and try some of these local places. There are some restaurants near the hotel at Cascade Station. Another great area for restaurants is on Alberta Street, from about 30th to 18th Streets. Alberta is only about 5 or six blocks South of Concordia University. Remember that there will be a lot of people in town, so if you can make a reservation, that would be a good idea.
