Baptism Certificates:

For a copy of your baptism certificate (for school admission, prior to marriage) please leave a detailed voice mail with the full name, the date of baptism and birth date (if baptism date not known exactly). Baptism certificates can only be released to the parent of the baptised or the baptised person.

Baptism in the Parish

If you are a registered parishioner and would like your child baptised please contact the parish office. Parents (and preferably god parents) are required to attend a two part class prior to the baptism date.

Marriage

If you are a registered parishioner and are planning on getting married please contact the parish office at least one year in advance. This is a requirement of the Archdiocese of Toronto to ensure there is time for all the necessary paper work to be completed and the marriage preparations classes are completed.
