Click here for the Middle School music page. All files have been made shareable to "Anyone with the link". Practice singing with the recording at least three times before recording your submissions. For example:
LISTEN and count along to "Spanish Allelu 123456 Tempo=20" over the weekend. Make sure you can sing the rhythms in measures 32-39 and 56-59 correctly.
Record your voice singing IN SOLFEGE (NOT 1-2-3-4-5-6) "Spanish Allelu do re mi Tempo=20" with Vocaroo. You can also use the Voice Memo app on a phone or tablet. Track the counts/solfege on your sheet music with your finger on your music as you sing. Each recording is almost 6 minutes long, so a practice session will only take 15 minutes whereas practice + recording on Sunday will take ~20-25 minutes. Use headphones to listen to the recording while you sing or make sure your voice is clearly audible on the recording if your part is playing in the background (keep both tabs open at the same time).
Posted October 2: Due Monday, October 9: Record your part of Spanish Allelu in solfege with this 🎤 online voice recorder or this one, Vocaroo. You can also use the Voice Memo app on a phone or tablet. Use headphones to listen to the recording while you sing or make sure your voice is clearly audible on the recording if your part is playing in the background (keep both tabs open at the same time). Click on the video for instructions on how to record and submit your assignment. This is a graded assignment. Click here for the rubric. 🎶 While you have your folders at home, this would be a good time to also practice On Christmas Night and Where the Light Begins. (Assigned Monday, October 2)
