• Key contributor to the maintenance and redesign of the university website, improving functionality and user experience.

• Developed a Student Feedback System to analyze student input for academic and administrative improvements.

• Developed a Teaching Quality Assurance System to enhance teaching standards across the university.

• Completed a training course on scientific survey of labor market needs and curriculum development (14–15 March 2023), organized with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and  IREX.
