With 18 years of expertise in IT management and digital transformation, I provide a rich learning environment for my students by combining academic rigor, research-driven insights, and practical industry experience. Holding a Ph.D. from Tallinn University of Technology, as well as several years of in-depth research in eGovernment-related topics, has had significant effects on both my teaching technique and course materials. My teaching philosophy focuses on developing a thorough understanding of fundamental IT principles while encouraging practical application and innovation. By including case studies, current industry trends, and hands-on projects into my lectures, I intend to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world IT challenges, preparing students not just for academic achievement but also for significant careers in the IT sector.
