I grew up in Houston, graduating from Eisenhower High School. I began teaching history in Georgetown, Texas in 1998. I taught U.S. History at Bammel Middle School prior to becoming an Assistant Principal there for two years. I was an Assistant Principal at the Westfield Ninth Grade Center for two years prior to becoming the Lead Administrator there for two years.
After six years as an administrator, I decided to go back to teaching to spend more time with my wife and three young children. In 2007 I came to Carl Wunche High School to teach Government and Economics as well as serve as the Social Studies Department Chairperson. As a husband married to a math teacher, a dad of a eight year old son and two eleven year old daughters, my home life is pretty busy. I am excited about talking politics and economics with you during this important year for our country and world.
I look forward to working with you during your last year of high school!
