Mrs. Moreno

Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit this site. My name is Jacqueline Moreno and I teach 4th. I am very excited to start this new year and can't wait to meet all of my students. This is my fifth year with Hirsch Elementary. I am retired from the US Navy and making the career change to teach the amazing students at Hirsch.

I have two children. My son is in 6th grade and my daughter is in 3rd grade. They help me see each day that no two students are alike nor do they all learn in the same way. My goal is to help each of my students find a passion for learning. I want them to leave for middle school knowing how to enhance their strengths and develop their weaker areas. My years in the military taught me that building a person up helps them learn to be independent and confident.
