Pre-AP Algebra 1

Welcome to Pre-AP Algebra 1! This will be a fast paced, but exciting class. Please be aware that this is a high school level course and will be treated as such. It is important to be in class every day, ask questions if you are struggling, and attend tutorials as needed.

This is the best option for catching up on a topic if you are absent. See me for a copy of blank notes, and then watch the videos at home. This is the responsibility of the student to catch up on anything you missed! Please do not expect me to reteach a topic you were absent for during class time! We learn something new almost every day! Please watch the videos at home BEFORE coming to morning tutorials.

CALCULATORS:

I HIGHLY suggest that you purchase a TI-84 Plus graphing calculator. This will be the calculator you use until you graduate college, so it is a sound investment. Graphing calculators will be provided while you are at school, however they may not be taken home.
