TRIP ITINERARY UPDATE: Tuesday 4/7/2026

Our Saturday morning activities have changed.  Due to an unavoidable conflict, our clinic at Vanderbilt has been canceled.  And, since this weekend is also the Tennessee State Music Festival for all of the state's educators, we were unable to find replacements at this short notice.  THEREFORE: We will be changing this information on our itinerary and a final itinerary will be posted shortly:

6:30 am                Breakfast included at the hotel

8:00 am            Depart hotel

8:45 am              Arrive Country Music Hall of Fame (Museum opens at 9:00 am)

10:30 am            Depart --- walk to Johnny Cash Museum (5 min walk)

Our tour begins at 4:30 AM next Friday!  Please be on time and park only in student parking.  DO NOT PARK BEHIND THE SCHOOL, even temporarily because you will likely be blocking bus traffic.  Tri-State will be parking behind the school - large bus by the choir room/auditorium and the small bus by the band room.  Students and chaperones should go to the location for their bus.  Chaperones will perform a luggage check, the drivers will load the buses (drumline will assist but follow directions for their equipment) and we will be off.  

See itinerary for stops and decide if you need to bring food with you on the bus.  IF you think you might be prone to motion sickness, please bring some Dramamine and take some at least 1/2 hour before departure.
