September 22 (at registration) $250 deposit Registration will remain open until 10/31/2025 at 11:59 PM
October 30 $200
November 30 $200
(pie sale and other fundraiser money applied post-2025 pie sale) - no December payment (Merry Christmas!)
January 30 $200
February 28 $balance due
There will be a short trip meeting to answer questions this Friday at 5:30 in the auditorium. Attendance is not required to attend the trip, except we would like anyone who is signed up to be a chaperone to attend so we can finalize our chaperone list.
Trip insurance is recommended but is an individual choice. Trip payments will be nonrefundable as once we pay the tour company, they in turn pay for our tickets, meals, etc. and do not hold the money. Prices can change and the earlier we book and pay, the better.
Trip prices are estimates based upon number of anticipated attendees. They can go up or down slightly, depending upon how well we fill the buses.

Tri-State will handle all student accounts.

Future updates will be placed here on the HS Band tab. We have a parent meeting scheduled for Friday, Sept. 19th at 5:30 in the auditorium. All chaperones are requested to attend plus anyone else who wishes to ask questions or needs more information. The meeting will be short.
