Welcome to 8th Grade History!

During the course of the school year we study a wide range of ancient cultures. We begin our year studying Neanderthals and Early Humans. We will cover many other civilizations and cultures of the ancient world such as Ancient Egypt, India, China among others. We will study the progress made as new tools and innovations were created and learn how they impacted societies. We will finish the year by studying the European Middle Ages with the students prepared to pick up with the Renaissance in 9th Grade History.
