Welcome to Mrs. Kalish's Kindergarten Class! I am excited to continue this journey in kindergarten with all of you here at Alpine Elementary School! This will be my 15th year teaching, I have taught both 2nd grade and 

Kindergarten prior to joining my Alpine 2nd-grade team and now my fabulous Kindergarten team.

I grew up in Morris County and received my degree from Montclair State University. I played field hockey at MSU while receiving my undergrad in education. I was also an assistant field hockey coach at Montclair State for 1 year, after finishing up my degree. I knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl. 

My mother was my Pre-K teacher and my inspiration for pursuing my passion to become an educator.
