Language Arts

 During the month of May, students will apply reading skills and strategies while reading a mystery novel.  Students will make connections, make inferences, and draw conclusions while trying to solve the mystery along with the sleuth. We are getting to the end 40 Book Challenge, so make sure to encourage your child to read, read, read!

In writing, students will use narrative structure and style to tell stories to convey their own mystery.
