Course Title: Honors Pre-calculus
Course Length: Full Year / Credits: 5
Prerequisites: 73 in Honors Algebra 2 or 93 in the first 3 marking periods in CP Algebra 2 and teacher recommendation
The Honors Pre-calculus course covers all the fundamental topics that prepare students for Honors or AP Calculus. Emphasis is on problem- solving and the study of relations, functions, equation solving, and graphing. This course focuses on in-depth functional analysis. The functions studied include polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic, trigonometric, and inverse functions.
This course is eligible for Concurrent Enrollment.
