Please download the following free software to enable us to work together!

1. The free Skype program (for Windows, Mac, Linux, Web and Mobile) will enable us to see, hear, text chat, screen share, closed captions (and more), with each other throughout the World.

Skype will also enable you to share your computer screen with our expert.

We can visually walk you through your lessons or repairs. You will do all the clicking.

A similar product from Google is Google Meet. We can use that too.

2. If you need us to do the clicking for you: The free Team viewer (and your permission) will enable remote support by our ORANGE expert.

You will be able to watch everything our expert does. If you are uncomfortable, anxious or 'panic' at any point, you will be able to completely close and terminate the session on your end.

For those with security concerns, let us allay your fears. We will never be able to gain access to your machine without your permission and dynamically-generated PIN.
