Mr. Dan Blum will be the Head Hockey Instructor for the St. Dominic CSS HCSA program.
He has been a Physical Education teacher and coach at the Secondary School level for 31 years.
He has been a member of the St. Dominic staff for sixteen years.

Mr. Blum’s Hockey Resume

  • 50+ years in hockey, as a  player, coach, executive and administrator

  • 30+ years coaching experience, having coached minor hockey from Tyke through to Midget, high school varsity hockey and two seasons coaching in the OJHL

  • 20+ years instructing at hockey schools and 11 years as Hockey Director at Hockey Opportunity Camp

  • Played for three years in the OJHL and 5 years in the CIAU

  • Coached six teams to the all-Ontario finals winning three championships and has been selected SMMHA Coach of the Year five times

Mr. Dan Blum has a passion for hockey and player development. He is looking forward to the opportunity to work with young hockey players and provide a five month, progressive, hockey skills academy.
