Instrumental Rental

Students are encouraged to rent an instrument for orchestra. Cassandra Strings brings instruments to Edison and Lincoln Schools, so renting with that store can be more convenient. Students are encouraged to rent (rather than buy) instruments for many reasons:

  • Students will grow into a larger instrument; your rental credit will accumulate towards purchase of a full-size instrument once the student is grown.

  • Rental instruments tend to be of higher quality than many of the instruments you can purchase online

  • Students may not commit to playing the instrument. A rental instrument is easy to return.
