I am looking into buying a tiny home, I found a loan for 3.99% annual percent rate for 15 years, the house is $78,999. What is my monthly payment, total cost of the loan and interest paid for my tiny home.
I researched and found better rates with different terms. In the same sheet add 4.2% for 10 years and 2.99% for 12 years. The principal needs to be an absolute cell reference.
