UC, in its sole discretion reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse to post any material submitted by users of this site.

This agreement shall be governed by construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject in writing and signed by both parties.
