Field Trip Guidelines
Electronic Permission Forms will come from the child's teacher. Driver's License and Insurance information are required.
Each child must have an adult chaperone to accompany them and transport them to and from field trips. The Preschool does not provide transportation.
The cost of Field Trips for the child is covered by the Activity Fee on the FACTS account. Any cost for parents/chaperones is billed to the account after-the-fact and payable in the Incidentals area of the FACTS account. At times, family memberships are useable, but use can vary by vendor. Please contact member services for your specific field trip to learn more.
Alternate childcare is provided on campus for those who cannot attend. Reservations required via electronic permission form. Deadlines apply.

If you are in a Pre-K class this year and are considering SBA Kindergarten for 2027-28,
the application IS LIVE NOW! See your email from September 4th with helpful
deadlines and FAQs. If you have any questions regarding the application process,

Occupational Therapy Screenings
Occupational Therapy Screenings
In conjunction with Get Set Grow, we will be conducting Occupational Therapy Screenings for students in our Threes, Fours, and Pre-K classes September 28th-30th. Parental consent is required and forms are coming home in the green folder. No fees are due with the form because the fee for this screening is covered by the Activity Fee that has already been billed to the account.

Counseling Services - The Haven
Silverdale Baptist Academy is now offering counseling services through the Counseling Services department. Counseling Services are available, free of charge, to all students. This is a voluntary program designed to meet your child’s social, emotional, and behavioral needs. There is no cost for these services.
