Magnus Health
Magnus Health (a partner with FACTS SIS and SBA) is our Health Records management system used by SBA. Here you will upload all your student/child medical information (Preschool, Academy and Athletics) and how SBA tracks any medications or medical events.
Step 1 - Log In to FACTSmgt.com (FACTS Family Portal)
Step 2 - Link over to Magnus Health
Step 3 - Complete Health Forms
Log in to FACTS
- www.FACTSmgt.com -> Parent Log in -> FACTS Family Portal
- Use your FACTS Credentials
- District Code - SBA-TN
- Username - same used for Report Cards
- Password - same used to get Report Cards
Link Over to Magnus
- From within FACTS Family Portal
- Click Student -> Medical -> Magnus Health Login
- Click Login
Complete Health Forms
- Create credentials
- Complete all forms for your students.
- Note the due dates and items still needed in Red.
How to download the Magnus Health app:
1. Go to your app store and click to download the Magnus Health app. Make sure you click the Magnus Health app that says "NEW!" under it (NOT v2). If you have the old app (Magnus v2), you can delete it once you download this new app.
2. Log into your Magnus Health app and set up to allow face ID/finger ID instead of entering password every time.
Once you log in, you will be able to readily access your child(rens) health information on your phone as well as any nurse office visits. If your child comes to see the school nurse, then a treatment note will be filed in his/her Magnus health record, and you will receive an email prompt to check your Magnus account.

Steps to Check Treatment Notes in Magnus Health App: Click your Magnus Health app > Click child’s name > click “Treatment Notes”
How to verify OTC medications approved by parents in Magnus app:
Open Magnus Health app on your phone.
Type in student’s last name in search.
Click on the student's name when it appears.
Click on the “Medications” circle.
Click on “OTC Medications”.
If the student has a YES beside the drug listed, he/she CAN take that medication. If a NO is beside the drug listed, he/she CANNOT take that medication.
How to record medications administered in Magnus app:
Open Magnus Health app on your phone.
Type in student’s last name in search.
Click on the student's name when it appears.
Click on the “Treatment Notes.”
On the top right corner of the screen there will be a black circle with a white cross in it. Click on the circle with cross in it. Then click on the SBA Nurse Note template.
Complete the boxes on the template and make sure you share note with parents via email by clicking on "Share with parents - Send Email" at the bottom of the screen.
Then click submit.
