What is DIFFERENT?

• • ONE citation format

  • URL (web links) included

  • Leave out what is not there (no more N.p. or n.d. for no publisher or no date)

  • "et al." for 3+ authors:

    • in-text citation (Smith et al.)

    • WC entry: Smith, Jane, et al.

  • No publication city unless needed to identify a version (ex. London edition is different than NY one)

  • No source format (web, Print, DVD, etc.)

  • Journals: Volume and Issue number written as vol. 72, no. 6 (not 72.6)

  • Books: use p. or pp. as page abbreviation in Works Cited (NOT in-text citation)
