Shippensburg FFA Alumni
What is the Shippensburg FFA Alumni?
The Shippensburg FFA Alumni is a organization that supports our FFA members. You can think of us as a booster club, you DO NOT have to be a former member to be a member of the alumni. Any former member, parent, supporter can become a member.
How to be a member?
Dues cost $10, and that will cover your local, state, and national dues. If you are interested in being a member, please complete the membership form. Checks can be sent to Darrin Dunlap at 1096 Mainsville Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257.

Ice Cream Trailer
We raise money through having our ice cream trailer at various events, such as, H&H Car Show, Demo Derby, Shippensburg Tractor Pulls, and the KGPA Goat Show. We also raise funds by helping to staff the Cumberland Valley Hose Company Ox Roast Stand at the Shippensburg Fair.
We do ice cream, milkshakes, and floats. We can also do hot foods, such as, hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages, and breakfast sandwiches. Please contact us if you are interested in having our trailer at your event ~ kellybier@ship.k12.pa.us or abcddunlap@comcast.net
How does the Alumni help the FFA?
We offer various scholarship to our members to help offset the cost of events. Such as:
- National FFA Convention
- ACES
- SLLC
- FFA Jackets
- Eastern States Exposition
We also offer a $500 Scholarship to our Senior FFA members. Check out the Scholarship page for more details.
Alumni members also help the chapter through offering their volunteer services. Areas we have helped in the past include:
- Chaperones
- Transportation
- Help with Chapter Fundraisers
- Judges
- Sponsor Food for various events
