I have been teaching at Sherwood Charter School for 16 years and have been in education for 24 years. I started my teaching career at Evergreen Junior High in Hillsboro. After marrying my military husband Dave, we moved several times within the state of Oregon. During that time I taught at Central Linn Elementary in Halsey, South Middle School in Grants Pass, and Waluga Junior High in Lake Oswego. Once we started a family I became a stay at home mom for 8 wonderful years. I returned to teaching in 2008 at Sherwood Charter School and it has been my home away from home.
